This mini 3 hour retreat includes giving thanks for all your past self has carried, grieving what must be left behind, surrendering to the cycle of death & rebirth to create space for new beginnings, stepping fully into your power, your truth, and the becoming of who you are meant to be.
Through deep reflection, ceremony, integrated movement, breath work and a sound bath meditation we invite you on this journey of self-growth, self-acceptance and expansion.
